Formiix helps you build forms, collect submissions, and review responses at formiix.site. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Formiix.

We may modify these terms as our platform grows. We’ll notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use Formiix after updates means you accept the new terms.

• Create an account with your email and password
• Keep your login credentials and API keys secure
• You’re responsible for all activity on your account

• Current pricing: Formiix is currently free. All current features are included, and no credit card is required
• Future paid plans: We may introduce paid plans. If we do, we will notify you in advance and show the details in the product before they apply to your account
• Changes: We will notify you before any price is introduced or increased

Don’t use Formiix to:

• Break any laws or regulations
• Harass, deceive, or harm others
• Collect data you are not allowed to collect
• Send spam, phishing, or malware
• Upload malware or attempt to hack our systems
• Scrape data from our platform or overload the API
• Impersonate others or mislead respondents

• You can publish hosted form links from your account
• Custom subdomains, if offered, must not infringe trademarks or mislead people
• We may reclaim or disable links that violate these terms

Your rights:

• You retain all ownership rights to forms, templates, and submissions you collect
• You are solely responsible for that content and for having the rights to use it
• You grant Formiix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service
• This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that may remain in backups for a limited time

Our rights:

• Formiix and its trademarks, logos, and branding are our intellectual property
• You may not use our branding without written permission
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

Content guidelines:

• Only collect information you have the legal right to collect
• Don’t share private or sensitive data you shouldn’t be storing
• Respect other people’s intellectual property
• We may remove violating content without prior notice

If you use the submit API, keep your key private, stay within reasonable usage, and don’t interfere with the service. We may limit or revoke access that threatens stability or security.

By you:

• You can request account deletion anytime through our contact form
• Deletion removes your account and most associated data within 30 days
• Some data may be retained as required by law

By us:

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service
• We may terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period
• Serious violations may result in termination without prior notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Service availability:

• Formiix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with notice when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or downtime

Service modifications:

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes when we can
• We may add, remove, or change features at our discretion

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formiix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your information. We work with service providers for hosting, email, and analytics.

You have rights under GDPR and CCPA to access, modify, or delete your data. We don’t sell personal information for advertising. Contact us to exercise your privacy rights.

By using Formiix, you consent to your data being processed in the locations where our service providers operate.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation first, then mediation or appropriate legal proceedings if necessary.
